These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Laser Resurfacing Technologies (“LRT,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site — but feel free to call us at 877·527·3744 instead.
1. What this site is
This site describes LRT’s mobile laser cleaning services and laser equipment sales, and lets you request a demonstration or contact our team. The content is general information about our services — it is not a binding offer, a quote, or engineering, safety, or regulatory advice for your specific project.
2. Quotes, demos, and service work
- Demo requests and appointments are subject to confirmation, scheduling, and location within our service area.
- Actual scope, pricing, and terms for any cleaning project or equipment purchase are set in a separate written quote or agreement — that document controls the work, not this website.
- Laser cleaning is a regulated, safety-controlled process. All on-site work is performed under our laser-safety procedures (a designated Laser Safety Officer, ANSI Z136), and we may decline or stop work that cannot be performed safely.
- Suitability of a surface or material is determined by our assessment, not by descriptions on this site.
3. The chat assistant
The chat on this site is an automated AI assistant (provided by Chatling). It is there to answer general questions quickly, and its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Anything that matters — pricing, availability, safety, whether we can treat your material — should be confirmed with our team by phone or email before you rely on it. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
4. Our content
The text, photos, videos, logos, and branding on this site belong to LRT or its licensors. You may view and share them in the ordinary course of using the web, but you may not reuse them commercially, scrape them at scale, or pass them off as your own without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, or probe it; no abusing the chat assistant; no using the site for anything unlawful.
6. Third-party services
Parts of the experience are provided by third parties — chat by Chatling, hosting by Vercel, and equipment financing arranged through Click Lease, an independent finance partner. Their services are governed by their own terms, and financing decisions are made by the finance partner, not by LRT.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about the site itself — its uptime, or that every description is complete or current. This section is about the website; warranties for actual service work or equipment, if any, are stated in the written agreement for that work.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LRT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website (including the chat assistant). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
